There are parts of our lives that no one sees. The questions we carry quietly. The plans we have to grieve. The effort it takes to keep showing up when life looks different from what we hoped it would. My story begins in those unseen places, where loss, resilience, and hope have shaped both who I am and the purpose behind what I create.
My own journey has included infertility, living with fibroids, heartbreak, and the painful ending of friendships I thought would last. There is grief in wanting something deeply and not knowing whether it will happen, and in letting go of a future you imagined with people you thought would be there.
I know what it feels like to be grateful for your life and still ache for something missing. To keep moving forward while quietly wishing someone would ask how you’re really doing, and stay long enough to hear the answer.
Structured Glow grew from my need to listen to myself. To acknowledge what hurt, recognize what needed to change, and give myself the care I so often gave to others. Over time, that need became a purpose: to create thoughtful tools that help others reflect, reconnect with themselves, and bring intention into their everyday lives.
That purpose guides everything I create. Each offering is another way to explore the questions we sometimes put aside: What do I need? What am I holding on to? What do I want my life to feel like from here?
I’m still learning the answers. Some days I feel grounded. Other days, something I thought I had made peace with hurts again. I’m learning that I can have those days and still be moving forward.
Your story may look different from mine. My hope is that what you find here helps you feel less alone in yours. That you can be honest about where you are, without feeling pressured to turn every painful experience into a lesson before you’re ready. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
